Meet Peanut, a 2 year old Terrier mix, weighing 20 lbs. Peanut was rescued from a hoarder situation so he is skittish with new people and new things but once he gets to know you, he is very sweet and loving. He would do best in a home with someone who could spend lots of time with him and not have any children.
He is a smart boy and a fast learner. He is learning to interact with other dogs and having another older dog in the home would be ideal to help him learn. He has not been tested with cats yet.
Peanut is house
trained and does not like to be crated
. With love and patience, he will be an incredible family member.

Adopters will need to live within an hours drive of St. Louis, MO.
Peanut’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes and we will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
