Say hello to Paske! 
 
Paske is a 1-year-old, roughly 10 lb chihuahua mix. This little fellow loves nothing more than snuggling up in a cozy spot with the people and pups he loves most. 

You probably noticed those endearing pearly whites in his photos - they’re hard to miss! Mr. Paske has quite the overbite, but his teeth are not always showing which. This results in the most adorable little pout face. Good luck telling him “no”! 

Luckily, we don’t need to use that word a lot - he’s dog-friendly, good on a leash, crate trained, and the absolute sweetest boy. He does almost all of his business outside but he still has some very minor issues with marking. Since he was recently fixed, we think this will go away. Still, we highly recommend a home that can monitor and train accordingly. 

We have not tested him around cats or children but he’s been pretty easy going in our home so we think he’d do fine. Honestly, we think he’d love anything that will snuggle him back. 

This pup listens very well, but he is still a curious little guy and will be sure to find any small holes he can squeeze through in your fence. We have really only experienced this when one of his favorite people left the yard and he wanted to go with them. He would definitely need to be monitored every time he goes outside for the first few months if you have a yard… trust us, he will get creative!
 
Having said that, a yard isn’t exactly a necessity for Paske as he is very low energy. He would do great in a home with someone(s) he can hang out with and snooze near as much as possible. Of course, he would still require short walks to stay healthy.

He hasn’t expressed much interest in toys or bones but treats are another story. He has no food aggression but will literally risk it for the biscuit so he probably would not do well with another food aggressive pup. He could use a little work on his table manners, there.

_Paske____’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
