Name:  Pippa
Breed(s):  Malteese
Age: 7yo
General Size/Weight: Small/8lbs
Good with Kids / Dogs / Cats:  Good with kids, other dogs, cats unknown.  Would do best with another pup in the house.
Energy Level: Moderate
Needs a Yard: Yes
Needs a Fence :  She does good on a tethered lead if no fence is around the yard
Knows any commands/Has training:  She's learning her name and reacting to it more.  She is doing great with a collar and leash and walking around the block.  She is a follower so when she's on her leash if you start walking she will start walking with you.  She's not good on a harness because of her rashy skin (doggie type eczema) but is okay on a collar.  She gets scared of loud voices until she warms up to you. She does best with the "baby talk" type of voice and isn't as scared of it.
Any other fun or important facts about your foster:  Pippa is a love muffin when she warms up to you.  Holding her will help her get used to your feel and smell and feel safety and security with you.  She is so fun and has such a funny personality making her a great companion pup!

Pippa’s adoption fee is $195.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
