Hi, my name is Abby. I’m a 10 month old mastiff and weigh around 70 lbs. I came to my foster  from a pound in southeast Missouri. I’m shy and a bit nervous around new people but once I get to know you I will follow you everywhere! And despite my size I will sit on your lap and lick your face. I need a home who will recognize my shyness and slowly introduce me to others - including human and animal siblings - to ease my nervousness about new things. I do not get along well with cats. A home without feline friends is recommended! I do require a fenced in yard for my forever home.

I’m mostly potty trained but am still teaching my foster parents my signs of needing to go potty. I have separation anxiety and need a home that is willing to work with me and my fear of being abandoned. I am not a fan of my crate so will probably not do great in an apartment.

I love all my foster siblings, human, and dog. I like to play and learn new things. I need a home that is willing to continue training me since I’m still young and need reminders of good manners. I am good with kids over the age of 7.

Abby ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
