Are you looking for a goofy boy to liven up your day? A pal to take walks with in the park? A sweet guy to cuddle with at night?

 
Well, Phelix is the guy for you! He is a year old cattle dog mix that was rescued from St. Louis County Animal Control who found him running as a stray. He doesn't let his month there hold him back though.
 
He has a witty spirit and a quick mind. His personality will make you smile daily. He loves his doggie friends and is getting used to the chickens. He listens well and could benefit from more formal training. This boy has some spring in his legs. So, if you have a fence, it will need to be a tall one.

If you are interested in meeting Phelix, complete the Adoption Application on our website at www.NeedyPaws.org and we will contact you. Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Phelix ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
