This incredibly handsome young man is Parker! He's about 1-2 years old and is house trained & crate trained. Parker gets along great with other dogs and is fantastic with kids! There's a few cats in his Foster Home he's curious about, he's just getting to know them and has been a good boy with them. Parker is a love bug and if any dog was meant to be with kids, it's him! His Foster Family's kids spend so much time with him, playing, napping, snuggling & kissing and he's very happy & content around them. He plays with their 2 year old daughter so gently, even when she's a little rough & clumsy, and they're the best of friends! He also has a nice bond with his Foster Mom and is always by her side or sitting at her feet. Parker loves cuddling with her and even pulls a fast one on her to get in her lap! Sometimes he'll sit in front of her, give her his paw to shake and he's suddenly on her lap! But, it doesn't matter, she snuggles him and gives him a smooch because he's such a silly, lovable boy! This sweet guy is very happy when he's with his people and doesn't like it when they're not around. For this reason, Parker will be happiest in a home where he's not left alone much, where he can spend the day with a family member or two and enjoy the evening with the whole family. Even though he's still young & energetic, Parker's pretty laid-back & relaxed. He loves to play with stuffed animals but they don't last long and he has a lot of fun playing with the kids in his Foster Home. His favorite toy is a Kong Braidz Monkey and he loves throwing it up in the air, catching it and attacking it. It's so funny to see! Parker knows how to sit & shake and will need some work on leash training to learn how to walk nicely. He enjoys getting his butt scratched and hot dogs are his favorite treat so those might help with training.
