** Fenced Yard & Companion dog REQUIRED **

Pink is a beautiful Golden Retriever with a not so beautiful past. SHe was keep as a breeder dog for a person who wanted to capitalize on the Goldlen Doodle craze. Thankfully, he let her go before breeding her successfully, as she never had puppies. She came into rescue terrified, panting, trembling, frozen in fear. She has come along way and is ready for a special family to help her the rest of the way. Due to her fear she will need a confident dog in the home, she does great with small dogs and dogs her size, plus cats. She is know to chase cats out in the yard for fun, but does not hurt them. She can walk on a leash, but will circle you and has not pottied on a the leash, so she needs a fenced in yard until she learns. She is terrified still of car rides, but she gets taken to Andy's to get ice cream, so hopefully with time, cars won't be such a bad thing.

She is gated in a bedroom when her foster parents are at work and she is totally fine, no potty accidents or chewing on things. She hates a crate but is trustworthy out. She enjoys laying on the couch and watch TV or stealing toys and hiding them in her bedroom to play with later. She still has a way to go to be a normal pet, but she has made great strides. Her forever family will need to be patient with her and give her space and praise to overcome her past.

Pink’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
