Pecan

This sweet girl is definitely a go with the flow kind of gal, whether it’s play time or movie watching time, she’s on board.

She likes to do her own thing but still loves to snuggle up with her siblings for a good nap.

She is the most adventurous of her siblings and would make a good buddy for someone who is active (but not too active as she will stay small).

Pecan said she doesn’t mind being an only dog or having fur-siblings, like we said she’s just along for the ride.

She has been working on kennel training, and would do best not being left alone for long periods of time.  

Pecan is a rat terrier / chihuahua mix puppy and will be on the smaller side, we are guessing about 10 lbs. fully grown.

She is your typical puppy with loads of energy.  She will need a fenced in yard so she can run and play, and do lots of zoomies.  

Of course, she will also need a family to show her how to potty outside and one who will keep working to teach her good manners through positive reinforcement….aka lots of treats!

Oh and maybe some puppy classes so she can meet some new friends.

Our $250 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
