Coton de Tulear, owner surrender. 
10 years old female, but still full of life. Well taken care of all her life. 
Housebroken 
Working on crate conditioning 
Tolerates other dogs but can live with or without them/proper introductions
Good with cats. She ignores them and them her
Barks a small amount when my dogs bark but otherwise doesn't. 
Does great on a leash 
Kids unknown, but allows pets by them on walks

Phoebe ’s adoption fee is $125.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
