GENTLE GENTLE GENTLE: One look into this guys big brown eyes, and you know he is a gentle soul. His name is Pedro and he is about as gentle as they come. He is a 1-2 year old Plott hound mix. He is crate trained, seems house trained and very gentle. He walks on a leash very well. He is good with kids and other dogs. He knows “sit”. He understands “kennel” and will go right in with no problem. He loves to sniff around and be outside. My favorite thing about Pedro is how calm he is! He is also incredibly patient. In a foster home with 3 kids, patience is a quality that definitely stands out. Pedro has a slight limp from an old injury, but that doesn’t seem to bother him one bit, he will still gallop in the yard and be playful! Pedro is low energy, but can be playful. He only makes noise when he is in kennel and needs to go potty. He is kind and loving to new people and isn’t skittish. He is looking for his forever home and will be available 2/17/17 for adoption!

Pedro’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
